About this course
Many HR reports are long, late and ignored. This short course helps you pick the few measures that link to business goals, define them properly and present them on one page. By the third week you have a draft HR scorecard and a simple routine for reviewing it with your leadership team.
The three sessions cover measures that matter, targets and trends and your scorecard. Learners receive a KPI definition library and a one-page scorecard template, and a certificate for 7.5 CPD hours.
It is designed for HR managers who report to leadership, HR business partners, HR coordinators who build monthly reports and small HR teams starting to measure impact.
