The 50% discount applies once, to the first year of a Starter, Professional or Enterprise membership, for organisations currently accredited by another CPD body. Memberships renew at the normal price. Accreditation from another body is not carried over automatically.

Running one conference a year?

Accredit a single conference, summit or event without a membership. You get the same review, accreditation number, course page and certificates as members, for twelve months, and nothing renews.

About fees

What counts as one activity?

One course, eLearning module, webinar, podcast series or event with its own learning outcomes. If you are unsure how to group your training, we will advise you before you submit.

What happens after twelve months?

Accreditation lasts twelve months. Renewing your membership keeps it active: we carry out a short renewal check on each existing activity, and renewed activities do not use your plan allowance, which is for new activities only. If you do not renew, your accreditation lapses, the mark and new certificates can no longer be used, and the activity leaves the directory and shows as expired when its number is checked. Certificates already issued remain valid.

When do I pay?

Membership is paid annually in advance. Optional extras linked to a submission, such as additional activities or fast-track reviews, are paid in your provider portal when you need them.

What if I accredit more than my plan allows?

You can add new activities at €95 each at any time. Our calculator shows when a larger plan would cost you less.

Do I pay again if my activity needs changes?

Not the first time. Every review includes written feedback and one free resubmission. If the same activity needs a further round of changes after that, each further resubmission is €60.

Is there a fee for certificates or the mark?

No. Issuing numbered certificates, our standard certificate template and using the Bureau mark on approved materials are all included in every plan. A custom certificate design in your own branding is available if you want one, but it is never needed.

I am accredited by another CPD body. Can I switch?

Yes, and we do most of the work. Send us the materials you used for your current accreditation and we match them to our standard, tell you where everything goes and flag anything missing. Tick "I am moving from another CPD accreditation body" when you join and your first membership year is half price. Each course is still assessed against our standard before it carries our mark.

Do I need any of the optional extras?

No. Every plan includes everything needed to get your training accredited and show it. The extras are there for providers with a deadline, a first submission they want checked, or a wish to stand out in the directory.

Do you charge VAT?

Prices exclude VAT. VAT is added where it applies, depending on where your organisation is based and whether it is VAT registered.
