Frequently asked
Can I accredit a course I already run?
Yes. Most providers accredit existing training. If something needs strengthening, our feedback tells you exactly what.
We are accredited by another CPD body. Can we move to you?
Yes, and we do most of the work. All you need to do is send us the materials you used for your current accreditation. We match them to our standard, flag anything missing and plan the move around your current expiry dates. Your first membership year is half price. Each course is still assessed against our standard before it carries our mark.
How long does accreditation last?
Twelve months from approval. A short annual review renews it, as long as the activity still meets the standard.
What happens if my activity is not approved?
You receive written feedback on each criterion that was not met and can resubmit once at no extra cost.
Do you accredit providers outside Malta?
Yes. We work with providers in any country. Materials are currently reviewed in English.
Is CPD accreditation a qualification?
No. CPD accreditation confirms that learning meets a quality standard and records the hours earned. It is not a regulated qualification and does not award credits towards one.
Will my learners' certificates be checkable?
Yes. Each certificate carries a unique number and QR code. Anyone can confirm it on our website without an account.
