About this course
Managers who cannot delegate end up overloaded, and their teams never grow. This half-day live course helps managers decide what to hand over and to whom, brief it clearly, and check in at the right level for each person. Everyone leaves with a delegation plan built from their own workload.
The six parts cover why we hold on, what to hand over, the right person and the right support, briefing so it sticks, checking in well, and a personal delegation plan of three tasks to hand over in the next fortnight. Learners receive a delegation planner and a briefing checklist.
It suits busy managers doing too much themselves, new team leads who find it hard to let go, managers of growing teams, and anyone preparing a team member for a bigger role.
