About this course
Employee relations cases are stressful for everyone involved. This course gives you a fair, consistent way to handle them: early conversations, investigations, hearings, outcomes and records. You practise with realistic cases and leave with templates and a clear process you can follow when a case lands on your desk.
The four sessions cover early resolution, investigations, formal meetings and outcomes and records. Learners receive an investigation planner and report template, meeting scripts and outcome letters and realistic case practice, and a certificate for 10 CPD hours.
