About this course
Most change fails because of people, not plans. This course gives you practical tools to plan change, understand its impact on different groups, communicate well, support managers and handle resistance. You work on a real change in your organisation and leave with a change plan you can use.
The five sessions cover why change fails, impact and stakeholders, communication, managers and resistance and making it stick. Learners receive a change impact assessment, a stakeholder and communication planner and a manager briefing kit, and a certificate for 12.5 CPD hours.
It is designed for HR business partners supporting change, OD and change practitioners, HR leads in growing or merging organisations and project managers working on people-heavy change.
